Hi, I am Maureen Johnson, independent nurse and remedial massage therapist.

Massage sessions are booked by duration rather than by type.

I think of the outcome of massage as being related to you, the client.

Some people are looking for relaxation or stress relief, others are quite active and like to have regular massage for this reason.

Remedial massage techniques can be used and adpated for every body .

The difference is with remedial massage is that the therapist requires a high knowledge of anatomy and physiology. This is so that when you, the client, present with a muscle ache or sprain , we know where and what type of techniques to apply.

To book an appointment online click on 'Book Now'.

Then click on 'Reserve time' under the treatment you would like and you will see the time slots available (grey boxes means unavailable ).

Then click on the time slot you want and insert your name, email and telephone number in the boxes provided. Its that simple!

For hot stones or a home visit, there is an additional charge.

I will confirm your booking by email and send a reminder before your appointment starts. You can even cancel your appointment using a link in our confirmation email.
